Meet BamBam Jr.

Today is Admission's Day here in Hawai'i...and so for MOST schools it is a day off...except of mine. Boo!!! But there was such a low count that I was able to go home early. Yay!!! :) Well, I was bored and I was looking for some Dojo's to add to my aquarium...so I went to the fish store to see if there were any...sadly, there wasn't any.

While I was there, I saw the beautiful Betta fish...and I decided to adopt one for my own. My original BamBam died 2 years ago...and so I named my new one BamBam Jr...or Jr. for short. He is a beautiful one too. He is a gorgeous iridescent blue with shades of reds and purples streaking his tail. I love how his tail flows as well. And he is a very active one too...he loves to swim and move around and around...there were some bettas that I have had that just do the "deadman's float" with random moving his fins...so I love how Jr. moves and swims around all over. :)

Well, I hope that I will be able to keep BamBam Jr. for a long time. I love just watching him swim around. I decided to keep him here near my study desk...so he is just right there. Always hungry...always gorgeous...my lil BamBam Jr.

Happy 2nd Birthday, DollGirl!

I can not believe that my lil DollGirl is now two years old! I was able to get of work early and so I made my way over to my sister house so that I can see my cupcake even though we all agreed that we would celebrate her birthday tomorrow when it was more convenient for everyone. But I still needed to see my lil ray of sunshine.

Plus, my parents are finally here and I haven't seen them for about 2 years now...and I was really anxious to see them again. It's been awhile. Today was a very exciting day. Not only did I get to see my DollGirl, but I saw my parents again. And nothing could make my day go wrong after being reunited with those I love.

My DollGirl opening her present from Aunty Tracy and Uncle Kaleo. They are very smart. They got her car keys. She is always asking for our keys...and so they got her her very own keys. And they are really good keys...they seem like real keys...and she loves them! :)

My sister and brother-in-law decided to let DollGirl eat cake for the very first time. And so here is DollGirl just blowing out her birthday candle.

And so here is she excited and scarfing down her cake! It was the cutest thing ever...she took a huge bit...looked around and then started yelling "WATER! WATER! WATER!" *laughs* It was very cute!

I got her plenty of presents but all of that is for tomorrow when we celebrate her birthday. But I had to give her something today for her birthday TODAY! So I gave her a dish ware kitchen set and she was loving it a lot! She was washing EVERYTHING all over the house. Bringing the sponge and soap and washing everything. I'm glad that she loves her presents and I hope that she will like the rest of her presents tomorrow.

I love her. I love her to the moon and back and then back again and again and again. Happy birthday, my love, my lil DollGirl, my lil ray of sunshine, my favorite alarm clock, my silly little gumdrop, my monkey girl, my boomerang, my smile on my face, my baby niece, my heart. Happy birthday. I love you.

Ipsy GlamBag August 2014: Beauty Schooled.

Wow! I am impressed! My Glam Bag came early! Well, at least early for me...I usually get my Ipsy package towards the end of the month...and so I love how I got my subscription box early. So extra points for Ipsy in my book! :)

As always, pink can always make me smile...so this pink, bubble envelope made me smile when I saw it in front of my door. :) Usually its in my mailbox...but this time it was in front of my door. :)

Looking inside here is what I saw. What a cute bag...and I see an extra something or another in there as well. Maybe something that is too big to fit in the cute make up pouch.

And I was right! I took everything out and this is what I saw. This month's theme is Beauty Schooled. And I am guessing its because school is starting this month for most schools. But who knows because on the card it didn't really say anything.

The first thing that I pulled out of my Glam Bag was this Absolute: Lip Balm. I am a sucker for lip balm of any kind. I would say that I am addicted to the stuff. And so this will definitely be going straight into my bag. Smells yummy. :)

Dr. Brandt: Pores No More Pore Refiner. I have used other products from Dr. Brandt...pretty good stuff. Excited to try this.

Lord & Berry: Silk Kajal Kohl Eye Pencil. I have several eyeliners that I already used. But I do not mind trying out new eyeliners...it's the only way I can find new products that I would like. And I use eyeliner nearly every day...so when I use up the mini eyeliner that I care around in my bag, I shall replace it with this one.

Coastal Scents: Forever Blush Sample Duo. Love it! I am a bronzer and blush type of girl. So I will definitely be using this one.

Urban Decay: Perversion Mascara. One of the best mascara that I've ever used. Literally. It makes my eyelashes look existing. I have really short lashes and this mascara really makes it look like I have long, lush eyelashes...I love it.

Overall, I like everything in my Glam Bag. I will most definitely use everything...and I know that I can always find someone who can use another make up pouch if I don't use it up first. :)

Mystery Package.

My mystery package from 50th State of Mind...and I'm excited to open my package!

I have only bought from this company one other time...and I've been really impressed buying from them. The company is based in Maui and their delivery is very fast...I like them. You should check them out. :)

So, when I opened my packed I loved how everything was individually wrapped...

So here is my loot! 10 shirts, 3 decals, my trucker hat! So basically, I got the mystery box which was 10 shirts and 3 decals for $100 and then I really like the hat...coz I have noticed that "Shoots" is a word I use often...and so it's so me. :)

But I love my new shirts, tank tops, decals, and hat! Super impressed with everything and would most definitely buy from them again. Gotta say...they are currently my favorite brand. So go check them out and represent! :)

Surprise! :)

I was able to go home early...and guess what I saw waiting for me right by my door. Not one surprise...but TWO surprises! And I have to say that I'm pretty excited to open them.

I'm a very impressed with Ipsy because this is the earliest that I got my Ipsy GlamBag! I usually get it towards the end of the month...but it's only the middle of the month! :) And I got my 50th State of Mind package as well. And I have always been impressed with this company/brand...because they are always fast...and efficient.

But I am one happy camper...I got a surprise...no TWO surprises today. :)

School Surprises.

I try not "judge" Mondays...but I do have a hard time waking up on Mondays, and I have a hard time being positive about Mondays. Not that Mondays have ever done anything to me. *laughs*

When I came to my classroom, one of my little ones brought me some Teriyako Nori...I love nori! I can eat that all day...and you know?! I never tried the Teriyaki flavored nori...and let me tell you, it's yummy! I need to bring some to my sister so that she can try it too! She loves nori as much as I do, if not more.

And then check out the two humungous Hershey bars! My really good friend Jess brought me those two bars and now I have a sweet snack. Today, my Monday, was a good days. Because of friends and because of my keikis. :)

First Day Nails.

I could not sleep...and so I had some time to kill. Plus, I needed to do my nails for the first day of school...and so I had to choose a fast design. Here is one of my favorite "go-to" design. And I really do love this color...this turquoise color.
