My Dollgirl, her elephant.

My DollGirl went on a trip and she didn't want me to be lonely, so she gave me one of her stuffed animals to stay with me. I am very picky with the stuffed animals that I keep with me...and I couldn't say no to her. I was going to miss her too, and so I decided to keep this cute elephant with me while she was gone.

She gave me specific instructions to make sure I cuddle with it when I go to sleep so that I won't be lonely.

Of course, when she comes back from her trip, I will return it to her and tell her that when I come over to her house, I will sleep with it when I take a nap with her! *laughs* I miss this little girl so much. I love her.

Tiny Feet.

Today my DollGirl came out of her classroom and showed me this beautiful creature that hatched in her room. I'm not sure of what the technical term is when a caterpillar emerges as a butterfly from it's chrysalis...is it called hatching?! Well, anyway, my DollGirl's classroom is blessed to have a lot of chrysalis' that are on the verge of hatching and this little guy came out while they were in the classroom and so when it was time to come outside to play, my DollGirl very carefully let it walk on her finger to let her take it outside.

Here is her little cutenss giving me a "loud" smile as she shows me the beautiful butterfly that she was able to hold for just a moment before it took off to the skies! I'm so glad that I was able to take this really quick picture of her holding the gorgeous butterfly.

After the butterfly flew off, for some reason DollGirl wanted me take a picture of her socks. She rarely wears socks, but it has been kind of cold lately and so she decided to for whatever reason to wear these cute mismatched socks.

When her classmates saw that I was taking a picture of her socks, they thought I was taking a picture of their feet and wanted me to take pictures of their feet to. It was super cute coz I told them that I would take a picture of their feet if their feet smiled for me. This is their feet smiling for me.

More "smiling" feet! I just love how these children think. I love how they LOVE to go around barefoot, and I appreciate living in a place where that is allowed. When I first started to work in a preschool setting and saw how they would do this, I would get upset that they might step on something that might hurt them, but the longer that I worked here the more that I saw that this is the way of life here. I even have parents who remove their shoes when they walk into my classroom! Now, that is respect!

This reminds me how careful we have to be around children. They will mimic you. They will follow in your footsteps whether you wan them ore not. They are innocent. I have to remember this and this makes me smile because I realize because of them, I am always striving to be a person worthy to be followed in her footsteps. :)

Peely Pack: Colors of the Rainbow.

 We all know that I absolutely love subscription boxes/mail...I just love getting mail that makes me smile and I also love to make those I love and care for smile as well, and so if I see a subscription that I think that someone I know might like, I get it for them. Maybe not for forever, but for a few months at least...and this sticker pack is my favorite that I have signed up for my niece! I love stickers. She loves stickers. And so this is PERFECT For her! And I have no qualms about it either because it's also educational! A sticker pack this is educational and fun and I love...super love...how she SHARES her stickers with her brother and her friends as well! And if there is a time where I might say, "Oh! I love that one"! She doesn't even think about it, but automatically says that I can have it! I love her heart. So, yes, I will always rave about this subscription...I love it, and you will too! Not only that, but the customer service is amazing and on it! They are one of the best that I have ever come across! They will go far with how nice and people friendly they are! And I will always tell people about this kids subscription. :)

This month's theme is "Colors of the Rainbow."

I love the presentation for this subscription. They made a huge activity sheet that holds all the stickers and activites so that it's super easy to bring around with you! Just slip in into your bag and be on your way! 

My DollGirl loves this postcard. She uses the stickers to decorate it and the she writes a message on it for her cousin and sends it to her! My DollGirl also loves sending postcards! Awesome! A lil girl after my own heart! :) Last month I had bought an extra PeelyPack for my DollGirl for Christmas since she loves this pack, and in the pack it mentioned that there was suppose to be postcard in it...and since I read everything to her (she is only 4 and is just learning her letters still), she was super disappointed that there wasn't a postcard in the pack...and so I had written them about that. But I also said that it was okay because I had a lot of postcards to give to DollGirl that she can decorate. I just wanted to let them know in-case they were sending out some without realize that it was incomplete. But they wrote back saying that they were extremely sorry and that they would make it up to her...and they did! Like I said, amazing customer service!!

These were MY favorite sticker sheet in this pack! My niece is going to flip when she sees these! They are SUPER cute! And I love them!

I have a huge feeling that my DollGirl will be sharing these with her brother since he loves animals and loves anything that has to do with animals. She usually gives him animal things. I so love her heart! :)

I can not even say how much I love this subscription for my DollGirl! I have not yet seen her since I've gotten the pack and so I will give it to her when I see her next...but I already know that she is going to LOVE LOVE LOVE this pack...just as much as her Auntie does. :)

 I would totally recommend this sticker pack for your child, or even for a fun "just because" present for any child. Fun day with Dollgirl and friends!

I was getting real restless for an adventure and so I asked my friends if they wanted to go exploring with my DollGirl and I and they said yes...and so begins our adventure for the day. :) It started at a decent time. At 9:30am my friends picked me up and we went to go and get my DollGirl and we were on our way.

I know that this looks like a random picture, but it's not. It's a picture of a hidden creek. I like hidden creeks. There is something about them and makes me smile and feel all happy for nature. :)

The first place that we went was the Byodo-In Temple in Kaneohe. How have I not been here yet?! It's a beautiful place to go to! It's so peaceful and beautiful! :)

Here is my DollGirl ringing the bell at the temple. The bell supposedly is suppose to clear away all negativity. Which is a very good thing! I think that I would LOVE to have a bell like this in my class! The bell has a beautiful, resounding sound that is very calming to hear.

There was a moat that went around the temple and it was choke filled with all these beautiful koi fish! There are a lot of them...but like it because since there was so much room for them, they didn't look so crowded! My friend even bough fish food for DollGirl so that she could feed the fish and while she was feeding the fish we even found a turtle! There were also a pair of very beautiful black swans that were swimming around the moat and a lot of fishes. :)

Look how beautiful this temple is! I love the background setting as well. It did rain on us while we were there, but we didn't mind.

After going to the Temple, we decided that we wanted to go to Pearl Harbor memorial, and was very bummed when we got there it was SUPER raining so there were no boats going out to the USS Arizona. But we found out that there were other things to do...like explore a SUBMARINE! So as we made our way to the submarine, DollGirl wanted to take pictures with EVERYTHING! And I loved it! :)

Before going down under DollGirl wanted to take pictures with the different things on top of the sub.

Being inside this submarine helped me get a feel of those men and women who have to live in these vessels for days, weeks, months at a time! It was so cramped in there, and we already counted more than 50 beds! There was NO privacy in there, thats for sure! But it was super cool inside because there were a lot of knobs and switches and steering wheels and just different sections! I felt like one of my preschoolars inside this submarine! I wanted to press, move, turn, flip, close, open, climb EVERYTHING! And I loved that DollGirl wanted to, too! She had a LOT of fun!

It took us a good hour and a half to go through the submarine, mainly because we wanted to explore EVERYTHING. DollGirl enjoyed it a lot...and I enjoyed it a lot with her too! :)

Outside the submarine, there were other things to explore as well! And so we took our time to look at everything. We didn't have definite plans other than making sure that DollGirl was having fun...and it sure looked like she did! :)

After exploring outside, we also got to go inside a museum! And I love museums! I was afraid that DollGirl was going to get bored in here since there wasn't a lot of interactive things for her to do, but she wanted some earphones and a audio guide and we were able to stay in there for another hour and she walked around and enjoyed it a lot! I love how she loves to learn!

Right before leaving the museum, the front desk lady came up to DollGirl and gave her a patch to keep! She said that she noticed DollGirl and how much she was really interested in everything and was so respectful. And I was so proud that of DollGirl, she asked if she could have another one for her brother...because he wasn't able to go...and she didn't want him to be sad. The lady smiled at that and gave her another one.

Unfortunately, it was left behind because she accidentally dropped it during our mad dash to the car in the rain. And she was really sad, so we went to a store to buy something for her brother, and that made her happy again. 

I am so proud of this girl. I love bringing her around with me because she is so brave, respectful, and she listens very well. I know that I am not a mother, but I can only imagine what that feeling is like. I use to want to go exploring for myself and see things for myself, and I still do...but when I can, I always want to bring my DollGirl with me. I know that she will listen and that she won't complain and she will wait when she needs to wait. I love how she is respectful to others and she has a super kind heart. I love her. I love my family. I love my friends. 

It was a good day. :)
