Pipsticks: September 2016 "Mega Pack"

Pipsticks is "a company founded on the idea that little things can make a big difference....[they] are IN LOVE with stickers and understand their power to make you smile." They "connect and collaborate with thousands of amazing sticker lovers all over the world...[their] stickers are selected by designers and sourced from around the world." They do an amazing job at making sure that you will get a HUGE variety of stickers each month. You will also get an pre-stamped postcard to decorate and send out and other "paper goodies" in your awesome envelope packet. And it's sent like a regular letter with a cute stamp on it!

There are four different packages that you can choose from. There are two packages for kids and two for adults. For kids, there is the "Kid's Club Classic" for $14.95/month which will get you 15+ sheets of stickers, 1 postcard, and 4 sheets of craft paper. And the "Kid's Club Petite" for $9.95/month and that comes with 7+ sheets of stickers and 2 sheets of craft paper. For the adults, the "Pro Club Classic" for $14.95 will get you 15+ sheets of stickers, 1 postcard, and 1 quote card and the "Pro Club Petite" for $9.95 will get your 7+ sheets of stickers and 1 mini quote card. Shipping is free within the US, but there is an additional $3/month for international subscribers.

I subscribed to the Pro Club Classic and I just got mine in the mail! I noticed right away that this envelope was a lot heavier than the one that I got last month. And then I remembered that since this month marks the 2 year "birthday" of this company they decided to "celebrate" with us and give us more stickers! And I am excited to show you and review what I got!

So, I was excited to receive this in the mail today! I mean, look how cute it is! And I do love stickers! I can't wait to see what inside!

I do have to say that I love the packaging of this subscription. I like how the plastic goes around the...

cutely patterned velum envelope that is slightly see-through so that you can get a glimpse of what is inside!

I also like how this envelope is tightly sealed so that your stickers can't fall out!

So, here is the first glance of what is inside! I am SO excited to see what I got!

The first thing that I look for is the newsletter that they add to the pack every month. I love this idea...it's always fun to read. :) I like how the pattern of this month's newsletter is a party one since this is the mega pack to celebrate the 2 year operation of this fun subscription!

The newsletter is always filled with fun stuff to read. I love the random surveys!

One of the other things that I like about this subscription is that they send you a ticket and then you have to keep it to see if you win in the next month's newsletter. I had to check if I won this month...and nope, not this month! I love this idea though!

Here is my ticket for next month!

In every pro pack that you get you will get a note card on sturdy card stock. I love this one! "Be a frootloop in a world of Cheerios. How cute is that!

I also like how each note card comes with a fun pattern on the back!

This cute cupcake sticky notes is the thing that caught my attention first. Look how cute it is! I love the color pink, and I love stickies! I'm glad that she added this in my subscription packet!

Here is the blank pre-stamped postcard that you can design and send off! I think that I'll be designing this one to my best friend! I think I have an idea of what I can do!

These feel like washi sheets. I love the colors and I can so see myself using this to decorate cards or my planner!

I placed the heart there so that you can have a reference of how big the stickers are. I can see myself using the "Let's Party" in card making activities.  And the tiny rainbows and clouds in my planner they will go!

To be honest, I have no idea where I will be using these stickers.  I think I am going to give this one away to my dog lover friend. She might like these!

These stickers are so fun! They are high, quality puff stickers! Aren't these the cutest!

Here is a close up on the puff stickers. They so so soft to touch and super fun!

I love all these smaller stickers! They can definitely can fit in my planner and make everything look fun and colorful! :)

You can NOT have a mega pack and not put some Elvis stickers in there too! How fun! :)

This really was a mega pack! There were a LOT of stickers and I know that Ill be having a lot of fun using these stickers to decorate my planner and card-making projects!

One thing that I love about this subscription, I feel as if they are NOT stingy with what they like to share with others. There are plenty different opportunities to get free stickers and prizes through them! I did sign up to receive their newsletter and in there they also have a lot of participation surveys and they really do make you feel like you are a part of something fun and "club-like" when you sign up. They make you feel like they do care about their subscribers and that they really do appreciate you and everything. I like that.

I am glad that I found this monthly subscription...and I can't wait until next month, that's for sure! If you want to be part of Pipsticks club, I urge you to check them out and see for yourself how much you are going to love this place!

Oh, and I don't know for how long this promo will last, but if you sign up now and use the code PICNICTIME you will save 10% on your first month's subscription!  So, what are you waiting for!? Go to Pipsticks now and join me in this awesome sticker/paper goodies fun! :)

Thursday's Events.

I already know that I will be doing several blog posts on just today...it was just that kind of day! *laughs* So many things happened today and I didn't want to just skim over some of the things that happened and I didn't want to just talk about one thing...I wanted to document my whole day because its as such an amazing day today! But I know that I'm super tired and so I will post tomorrow the details, and right now I just want to blog about a "jist" of what happened. It was a fun day. :)

My day started early because we had a field trip to the Kailua Fire Station!! It was so much fun and very informational! I was talking to my boss and I was telling her I do not even remember going to the fire station before...not ever...even when I was younger. I think they just always came to my school or something, so going to the fire station was just as exciting for me as it was to the kids! :)

After the fire station, we all came back to school and while the kids went to sleep, I decided to make sensory colored bottles for my kids! They are super into finding all colors at the randomest places and things ever! And I am always encouraging the kids to "color" their world with imagination...and it's so cute to hear them tell the other kids in the school. "You need to color the world with imagination." *laughs* It's cute. :)

I had to rush home because I had a VERY important appointment later and I had to leave the house at 4:00pm...and I'm pau with work at 3:30pm...and that is IF all the parents come to pick their children on time and whether or not they want to do small talk. *laughs* But when I got home, I pulled up nearly the same time as my housemate...and we both squealed and laughed when we saw each other and rushed into the house to get ready for our "appointment." But before I ran into the house, I grabbed the mail, and this beautiful pink box was waiting for me!

It was hard to wait to open it. I knew that if I opened it right then and there, I knew that I would be rushing to get ready for our important "appointment"...so I had to set it aside to open for later. I actually still haven't opened it...it's sitting behind me on the stool that I took a picture of it on. *laughs.* I will open it tomorrow and post my review about it then. :)

And now...for the very important appointment. Look where I went.

Can you guess?! Do you know where it is?! Mandy had an appointment at David's Bridal to try on wedding dresses! And yes, that was a very important appointment and I was to happy that she asked me to go with her! :) It was amazingly fun and I am so happy for her. I'm still smiling about everything! :)

Lastly, we went to La Tour Cafe for dinner and macaroons...oh my days! I love this place! :)

So much happened today that I don't want to forget...and I wish that this day could last forever...it was such a heartwarming day...and I loved it. :)

But for now, world, goodnight. :)

For you Aubrey.

Rabbit! Rabbit! Well, actually my brother got me first. :) But I know that I'm going to need all the luck and prayers and positive vibes this month. I am excited. I am sad. I am filled with emotion...so what do I go and do?! I paint my nails. :) Painting my nails is like my therapy. I have no problem admitting that I am a girlie-girl and I love my nails done.

Right before I left one of my former keiki [wow, why did my heart just twist something awful when I just said that?!] gave me a huge hug...looked at my nails and told me that she wanted butterflies. She is one that sees to see if I painted my nails...EVERY DAY. She also loves to have her nails painted and she always runs to show me, and she knows that my favorite color is pink, so she is always excited to show me her pink nails. And she loves it when my nails are done in something she suggests. Her favorite thing she likes to tell me is rainbow and/or butterflies. And so these nails are for her. Plus, it's good because...butterflies represent change...and most definitely this is a change this moment in my life.

I think that "my" lil Aubrey would love these. I need to make a point to stop by the school one day this week to show her. She would love them. I can only hope that my new kids will like my nails as well...well, they don't have too, it's more like mine and my former keikis thing anyways...but I wouldn't mind if they liked my nails too. But these nails are for my former keikis, for new beginnings, for change, for me.

Lets Have Fun!

I really needed to redo my nails. I was looking at my nails earlier today and I was thinking that I needed to redo my nails pronto! I have been feeling homesick lately and whenever I feel homesick I think about the ocean. The ocean is my calming place, so I was thinking I wanted to do some kind of ocean theme again on my nails. But then, no...I remember having a conversation during the day with my friend Ashely on how her keikis were telling her that they wanted her to paint her nails rainbow, but then she wanted to paint her nails in the theme of this graduation that she was going to. So, she asked me if I could paint my nails in a rainbow theme.

So I choose the colors that I was going to use. Rainbow colors, of course.

When I got all the colors together, I realized that I used a lot of my Avon nail polish....and then I decided that I was just going to do a old favorite design. It's a fun and happy design...and very fast and easy. I can do this design even though I am half asleep.

So before I go to sleep for the night, here are my fun nails for the week....or so. :)

Here is my left hand....

And my right hand....

Do you like?! I love them...and I hope that my keikis (and Ms. Ashley's keikis) like it! :)

What a day!

What a day it was! I didn't get to play football...I ended watching DollGirl...she was a bit fussy...but it's okay...because I love spending time with her. The day was amazing beautiful though! The field was pretty muddy though because of the rain that we have been  getting. It was funny though because Amanda and I went and we were walking towards the field but when we stepped on the field we were like...whoops EWWW! And we froze! I was carrying DollGirl...and she was looking at me like why aren't you moving?! Uhm, coz my foot when squish...and I was grossed out. I absolutely hate when my feet get dirty. Like super hate it! But I was like, I'm going to do this...I may be girlie like that...but I can suck it up....and get dirty to!  :)

I ended throwing the football with my brothers while waiting for everyone to come and play. And I did get pretty muddy. It was not fun...but it was. I loved just playing catch with my brothers...I remember playing with my daddy...and I miss him a lot. Anyways, the boys came and they split into teams and I played with DollGirl.

When we got back to my sisters house, DollGirl went down for a nap and so did I. I still am not fully recovered from my near death illness...and so I took an hour nap before the Super Bowl...but you know what?! I should have just stayed sleep. The game...wow. Only one team came...so congrats to them...they wanted to win, so they did...I'm not sure where the Denver Broncos went...wherever it was...it sure wasn't to the game! I have say that the half time show with Bruno Mars and Red Hot Chili Peppers was pretty sick though. I loved it. The best part of the show...*laughs* well, and the muchies was pretty addicting to as well...*laughs*

We didn't even make it to the end of the game...we changed it...we watched something else...something about Alaska documentary...*laughs* yes, we were that bored! *laughs* Amanda and Jeremy went out and got us Taste Tea...and I got my "usual" Taiwan Melon Tea with Lemonade with only 70% sugar...with BIG boba...none of those tiny boba...those make me unexpectedly choke...it was a yummy treat.

After we bummed around a bit, we walked around Waikiki and just enjoyed the sunset at the beach...I think I will always be grateful that I live on this beautiful island in the middle of the ocean...so blessed to have made it out here.

Trees or Skeletons?!

So, I finally was able to paint my nails...for the first time in this wonderful new year of 2014! My lil' "darling" wanted me to paint the "rainbow with trees"...and so I really did try. I don't know though...they look more like fish skeletons...! *laughs* Oh well, at least I did try. She did want "rainbow butterflies..." but butterflies are her favorite design; I told to choose something else since I painted then butterflies 3 times last month for her...! She deadpanned "trees"...so trees it is. *laughs*

These are the colors that I chose to use; the rainbow of course...but I still had to choose from my "millions and trillions" of nail polish WHICH red, orange, yellow...and so forth. I seriously was tempted to use glitter! I really was...but I decided not to. Lets see how long that will last for...I love glitter!

This is my left hand. I think that I like this hand better...*laughs* granted, I am right handed so of course it's easier to paint my left hand...but I still have a steady, firm left hand when it comes to painting nails...but for this time, I do like this hand better.

I know, I'm too tired to take a better picture...but oh well...this is my right hand. See, not super bad considering I hand to paint with my "weaker" hand. *laughs* If I had to change anything, it would have been to wait a little longer to put the top coat on...now you can see the smears on the yellow. Oh well...I still like them. :)

So, put together (on instagram) it looks like that. :) I also lightened my right hand...but yeah. That is that....!

Sweetdreams!
