Surprise.

Working in a preschool setting, it can get very stressful...so I am very thankful for my first job of working as a wedding designer. I love both jobs so much...and I love working with flowers. Today I worked at the studio and it was pretty busy, busy...not as busy as the month of June...but busy all the same.

At the studio we each have our own pail to keep our floral scissors and everything else...today when I came in, look what was placed on top of my pail. 

It was a good surprise. :)

Aubrey's Rainbow.

It was about to redo my nails...and so I asked this darling lil girl at my preschool what she wanted me to paint my nails...and she said that she wanted rainbows. They usually ask for rainbow. :) So I went online to find some inspiration on my nails...and here is what I decided to do.

I think that it turned out pretty cute. I can't wait to show Lil' Aubrey tomorrow. I hope she likes it as well. :)

About me.

Today my friend Ashley tagged me in this thing on instagram...and she told me that since she tagged me, I had to do it myself. I know that I didn't have to...but I thought that it would be fun. So basically,  you have to take a selfie of yourself, and then post it on your instagram. On the inscription below, you have to write 20 random facts about yourself. I'm not a big fan of taking selfies of myself...and so instead of writing the facts on the bottom...I placed the facts over my picture...but you can still see me. :) 

Hair Cut.

I did it! I really, really did it...and wow...I got my hair cut at a salon! I have never had my hair professionally cut...well, no I take that back, I did get my hair cut in the Phililppines...but then that was a horrible experience because it really wasn't that professional, because they never listened to me...when I told them that I wanted only 2 inches cut off...they cut of TWO FEET! So, that didn't really count. My sister talked me into going to her hair stylist...and so I went to Salon 808 and got my hair cut by Kat. And I love it. It's a lot different feeling...my shortest layers are a lot shorter than I've ever had my hair since I was like 7 years old...but it's all good. I like my long layers. :)

And even Starbucks spelling my name wrong couldn't get me down. :)

Happy Independence Day!

I came to my sister place to celebrate our independence day...and I had so much fun! This little monkey decided to wake me up by jumping on me and telling me that she wanted her "vitamin."

So, there she is eating her vitamin. Isn't she the cutest thing ever! :)

Her hair is growing SO long! And even though it was super early in the morning, I really don't mind her waking me up because she is my favorite alarm clock. :)

While we were wanting for everyone to wake up...she decided to go shopping with her tiny shopping card...then she wanted to sit in it. Made me realize how big she has gotten...she use to fit in there comfortable...now she looks smushed...my lil DollGirl is getting so big now! :)

I love watermelon. Cold, cold watermelon...it was so yummy on this hot, hot day.

...and here is DollGirl...enjoy the slip n' slide that we had out. We actually used this very same slip n' slide for DollGirl's 1st birthday! I can't believe that she will be 2 next month already! Wow! :)

The kids had fun; the adults had fun; and it was an amazingly fun day. :)

Stars&Stripes.

Did my nails in time for 4th of July....and guess who asked me to do my nails in this design? My brother-in-law! He asked me to do my nails like this and this is the first time he asked me to do a design and so I did it...and I have to say that they are nothing like I thought that I wanted my nails to be...but they turned out rather cute. :) And very patriotic. :)

My bestie...

...is just that, my bestie who is THE BEST! Look what I got in the mail when I got home!

My bestie sent me an amazing package...filled with a lot of things that made me smile. :) 

I opened the box...and a card looked up at me...oh my goodness, I have an amazing best friend.

She wrapped everything so that not only would I get a surprise in my mailbox (well, my door actually)...but when I opened my box, there were surprises in the box! :)

The  first present that I opened was these amazing and beautiful earrings! They are SOOO me! I love them so much!

And she knows me so much that I adore lip gloss! And so she loaded my box with different lipgloss/lipstick.

And I have to say that she really, really does know me because this is one of my top favorite lipgloss ever! And I really love this color a lot. :)

And look at this...she got me nail polish. Like I said, she is the best.

I miss my best friend. I wish that she was with me right now. But I know that no matter what, she will be there for me when I need her. And she always has been and she always will be.
