Rodan + Fields gifts.

So, I did bit the bullet and became a preferred member of Rodan + Fields. I am still thinking about being a consultant, but I am not so sure because I do want to try out the products first before I start selling it. And I am not too sure that I would be great at something that I am not super passionate about, but we will see about that. When I because a preferred customer I was entered to be in a giveaway and guess what?! I got picked! And I was able to get a lot of cool stuff because of it!

I got to choose one of the products in their Essential lines, and of course, I decided to go with the "chapstick" product. It was an added bonus to my purchase of the preferred membership! Isn't that cool. It was a welcomed promo that I was not excepting!

And I was also given this awesome product! The Lash Boost! I SO can't wait to try it and see if it works for me! I would love if it does work! :)

And I also got this trial size of the Redefine regime from the person that I have signed under as a thank you! How awesome is that!?

She also wrote me a sweet thank you note. I always appreciate a good presentation of a product bought!

I was also super shocked when I got these Burberry Sunglasses! If you know me than you know that I love to collect sunglasses and this would be an amazing addition to my collection!

I have to say that spending $19.99 to become a preferred costumer for Rodan + Fields, I sure got a good deal! :) I am super eager to try out the Lash Boost, which I have heard so many good things about!

Just because gifts.

Yesterday I complimented a preschool parent on their outfit and how much I really love the kimono that they were wearing. Today, she walks in with her daughter who hands me a similar kimono to what her mom was wearing yesterday! I was surprised with the lovely gift! The mom told me that she had a new one that she had just gotten and it was her 4th kimono that she had gotten and it would make her feel less guilty for buying so much if I would accept the gift! She is super sweet!

And I love it so much! I feel like I will be looking for more styles! :) I love the kimono and I love surprise just because gifts! :) I will say this over and over again and again, I appreciate the parents that we have at the preschool and I love how thoughtful they are. I am so lucky to be working were I work where work doesn't always feel like I'm working. :)

PeelyPack Fan Favorites!

  A few weeks ago I had ordered an extra Peely Pack for my niece for Christmas...and look it came! At first I thought that it was this month's subscription, but then I remembered last minute that I had ordered this extra Fan Favorite pack...I hope the other one comes. I wanted to give them both to my niece and nephew for their stocking stuffer.

PeelyPack is a monthly subscription "envelop" that "is full of fun...that kids can do all on their own!" According to their website, "The original PeelyPack ($11.99 ) comes with 10 sheets of awesome stickers, plenty for several sticker sessions. The FamilyPack ($19.99 ) has double the stickers-that's 20 sheets! The stickers are based on a different theme each month, and sometimes we throw in a fun surprise, too!" All the stickers come in a portable designed large activity sheet that is "perfect for coloring or using with stickers." It also has suggestions on "fun play tips to help you get your child thinking and learning. Talking over sticker play time is a great way for kids and parents to learn and bond."

I was a bit disappointed because it said that they sent a postcard with this pack, but there wasn't any. I know that DollGirl really liked the postcard because she decorates them for her cousin on the mainland. I did and write them, but its okay...if we don't get one, I have plenty postcards for her to have. :)

I would totally recommend this sticker pack for your child, or even for a fun "just because" present for any child. 44 Postcards.

When my Teacher's Assistant walked it to my classroom this morning she told me that she had a surprise for me. And then she laid a stack of FORTY-FOUR postcards in front of me! I was surprised and happy, because I love postcards...and I am constantly buying postcards to send here and around the world...and I was pleasantly surprise with this random "just because" gift! Just yesterday I was telling Mrs. A (my T.A) that I love postcards because it's a fun way to "send a smile" to someone! You can write/draw/put stickers anything you want on the back..and the picture on the front is always a pictures that can make you smile. And now that I'm adult, I am always appreciating getting something in the mailbox other than junk/bill mail...and Mrs. A said that she goes to the store everyday to buy ingredients to make dinner for her family and she always pasts by the postcard stand and thinks of me...and so this time she decided to pick a "few" to give me for no other reason but to make me smile. And I think that that is awesome.

I'm excited to send this postcard out to my fellow postcrossers and friends and family...just because. :)
