I know that this is something that I have to follow. I know that I talk a lot...but I realize that I listen more. I feel like I'm more of an observer now...but when I'm with my family, I because that talker! *laughs* I tend to react before I think...I have to work on walking away, actually, I'm pretty at doing that when I'm angry, but I still have to work on my hyper spontaneousness!

That's why I like to wake up early on Sunday mornings to go walking with Ciccio while the rest of the  team is training for their marathon. I need to remember who I am, and not get lost in what everyone else expects me to be.

I find it so hard to let go of the past. I know that I need to work on moving on and not live in the past, because I do know that something better comes along, but its so hard to move on. But I know that I'm strong and that I CAN move on.

Oh Dr. Seuss, how I love thee! This is SO true...never change, coz you are you and nobody does you better then you!

Yeah, I know I smiling when I'm hurting, coz I don't what people to know the pain the I'm hiding under it. That doesn't make me fake...I juss think that if my smiles makes someone else who is desperate for a smile feel that much better, then I don't hurt as much.
Yep, I totally agree with this one! I think that it's universal thing....love. And hugs are a good way to share it!

Really?! Seriously?! This one makes me laugh, but that is so true...in a way coz guys can really get in their game! *laughs*

Take me home.

I have a set of twins in my preschool room...fracternal twins. One boy, one girl and they are the cutest! They are both super stubborn, but the little guy loves  "huggies" and the girl is SO independent. Last Friday, I joked around and told the lil guy that I was going to take his sister home...coz she had come to me for some "lovings" and he got super protective of her. They fight all the time. We have a hard time separating them because they fight a lot.

But the lil guy is the ONLY one that can mess with the lil princess. If anyone else messes with her, he is there to protect her...but you wouldn't even know it with all the fighting that they do! There are times where it does get so bad where he brings her to me and says, "Aunty take her home!" and I laugh...but last Friday he got super protective of her...and grabbed her away.

I told him, that I wasn't going to take her home, and the day continued. When we go walk outside to the playground the little ones like to hold my hand...it's pretty difficult to walk sometimes because sometimes I have four of them, two holding each hands. This time the sister ran up to me and held my hand and I made my way to the door and said, "Line up, lets go now" or something like then when brother comes up and cries "H*****! Don't go home with her!" I quickly scooped him in a hug, both of them and told him that I would NEVER take his sister away...then my other little girl, not the sister...but another lil angel comes up to me, hugs me tight around the neck [I was squatting down to hug the twins] and says, "Aunty, don't be sad. You can take me home." My heart melted.

Yes, I told mom about the incident after school and she laughed.

Haircut.

So, my hair was way past my bum...I love my hair long and it's a part of who I am...but I do try to cut my hair...errr...trim my hair at least once a year. I know that I should do it every 6 months...but for some reason, I always just remember once a year. *laughs*

But yeah, today, on my sissy birthday, I come out of my room while my sister is getting ready for church...and I express my frustration with how my hair wraps around me when I sleep. I move a lot and so for some reason, it was really bothering me...and she was like...let me cut it.

My sister would be the only one who I would let cut my hair and I wouldn't let ANYONE else cut it, since I had a traumatizing experience where that happened. Since I have been gone, my sister hasn't had the opportunity to cut my hair, and today she was like PLEASE let me trim your hair. It's so easy to do...so I usually just do it myself...but my sister really wanted to style it herself...she is the only one that I really let style my hair...

So today...I just let her. Because I wanted to. And so yeah, I cut like two feet off my hair...and so it's a lot shorter now...a lot...but I know that my hair grows fast, so it's like whatever...*laughs* Now, I'm getting ready to go out for my sister's birthday celebration...and yeah! Out I go!!

Happy Birthday Sister!

I love my sister. And it's her birthday today. I'm super glad that she is MY sister...and I consider myself pretty lucky that she is MY sister...Thank you God, you knew that she would be THE BEST sister for me. I wouldn't change her for anyone in the world...now and ever.

Beginning of April.

So another month is rolling by and April is now here. Today is starting very sun-shiny and I hope that is how it will be this whole month! How awesome is that!? This month reminds me of spring time really...what with all the Easter that will be happening...alll cute bunnies and chicks and flowers and soft pastel colors! *laughs*

I remember growing up, my Auntie Esther, who had a farm in Vacaville use to throw this huge Easter Egg hunt on her farm. It was one of my favorite memories ever growing up. All us cousins and Aunties and Uncles and relatives...blood relations and good family friends would go up to her farm and we would have a wonderful time. I miss those times. I miss my Auntie. When she died due to cancer...the world lost a wonderful person.

This month I want to keep on staying fit, I want to keep on staying on top of it, and I want to keep losing weight. Swim more for sure. Possible during the weekdays if I can make that happen. More stomach crunches and push-ups. The boys were talking about starting up insanity again, so maybe I'll be doing that with them...and yes, early Sunday mornings getting my ass up at 5:am to go walking/jogging at Queens part with Kaleo's running team. Well, not really WITH them...but kind of...more like dog-sitting Ciccio. *laughs*

This is my sister's birthday month. April 9. She will be turning 27. Oh wow...that sounds...old?! *laughs* I should be one who's talking, I'm only one year younger than her! She will be going to visit California with her husband for one of his highschool reunions in Monterey Bay Academy. So that should be fun for them! But that is at the end of this month.

I know that April 17 is I love Kailua day...and my preschool will be volunteering on that day to do something. I'm not sure, but apparently they volunteer every year...and this will be my first year. It's a Sunday from 10.am to 1.pm...Kind of disappointed since that is my Swimming time! Oh well...should be interesting and hopefully I'll get to meet a lot of people....if anything, it's something different, that's for sure!

Well, here's to April, I hope it's a great month! I will be!

End of March.

Wow, if February took forever to end...I feel as if March went by so fast! This was pretty emotional month to say the least...and I can't believe that it's over.

My challenge of my new preschoolers is still my challenge. But I am so happy because I know that it takes time for little ones to adjust...and for the most part, they have adjusted. My lil angel though, she's having a hard time adjusting what with her family situation and everything. But I know that she can pull though and I know that with enough love she will be able to be someone in this world.

I still can't believe that my dear friend Cameron is gone. Every time I hear a motorcycle rush by, I can't help but say a little prayer for their safety. It's hard for me to grasp the fact that when I go visit California, he won't be there with his bear hugs...I have no doubt that I will see him again one day. My heart is still heavy from the loss and I know that everyone that was touched by him still feels it, but as long as we remember him, he will live on.

My heart was broken in a lot of ways this month, but I have learned that I can't live in the past but that I have to move on. Yes, I learned that a long time ago actually, but it's something that I have to keep working on. What doesn't kill me will only make me stronger, right?! I regret nothing that made me smile though. I do wish him the best in life though...no hard feelings for him, but damn, Karma is a bitch, and one day, he'll know it.

I have been more active lately. I started doing stomach crunches and push-ups when I wake up everyday. And on the weekends, I do a lot of working out. I swim at least 2 1/2 hours...and I go jogging/walking with Ciccio while Kaleo and the team is training for the 1/2 marathon. I feel like I'm losing more weight, which is a good feeling.

I did buy me some really nice jogging/walking shoes...and they are super comfy and they make me want to work out more in them! *laughs* So that was a good incentive!

I found out today that my car is considered totaled from the accident that my sister got in. That makes me really sad, coz it's my first car and I like that car. So now we have to try figure that out...but I am glad that my sister is okay though...her back is still giving her spasms, but I'm glad that she is doing a lot better.

The tsunami scare was pretty crazy. I'm glad that it wasn't as bad as everyone thought that it would have been. But my heart goes out to all those who were affected in the Japan 8.9 earthquake. The family of the victims and just everyone who know and had to go through that horrible catastrophe. I know that it will take a long time for them to pull through, but I'm glad that everyone is trying to do their part to help. So Japan, I am sending out good vibes your way and I wish for you hope.

I did get to relax more and spend more time with my friends...and yes, this month was a pretty good month if I say so myself. Here's to March...thank you for your memories!
